Race Meeting Report Thursday 30th July 2020

Thursday afternoon 30th July saw an eight (8) race meeting conducted on a warm winter's afternoon, which followed four (4) days of cold rainy conditions when 31mm of welcome rain was received on-course.

The race meeting saw the Club's Mobile Starting Team of Arthur Yates (Starter) and Des Constable (Driver) welcome the Golden Guitar Paceway Tamworth Mobile Barrier unit which will now, after 15 years of faithfull service, takeover mobile starting duties from the Club Mobile which will now be the back-up unit for racedays, but will continue to undertake the starting duties at trials.

(a random draw from the local 67 phone area trainers, who have horses engaged in the race meeting, with a time restriction as to when the winning trainer can re-enter subsequent draws)
