Race Meeting Report Thu 21st October 2021

Thursday 21st October saw an eight (8) race program conducted on a warm spring afternoon, with spectators welcomed back on-course, however due to segregation requirements AND the current safety upgrades making the Grandstand unavailable, the spectators were accommodated in the area adjacent to the top end of the Back Straight. Here seating was provided and the TAB Tote operated from an adjacent building, providing a much welcomed outing for many of our race meeting regulars.

The day's competition winners were:

THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by DEAN CHAPPLE driving PEGGY SUE SHANNON from Les Enk's Armidale stable in Race 5 the Wests Entertainment Group Pace.

DEAN receives 1 bottle of wine courtesy The Pub, Gunnedah Rd Tamworth.

HAZELLS FARM & FERTILISER SERVICES LOCAL TRAINER AWARD:
