Race Meeting Report Sunday 17th January 2021

Sunday Evening 17th January saw the continuation of the Club's traditional January Golden Guitar Racing Carnival on a pleasant Summers evening. The nine (9) race program featured:

• Five (5) Heats of the Multiquip Group 3 Golden Guitar (Final on Sunday 24th January). The first & second place getters in each of the heats for advancement to the final were:

          Heat 1:     Shadow Pass NZ      Tygar

          Heat 2:     Rocknlachlan           Lifeofbrain NZ

          Heat 3:     Balducci NZ             Battle Chimes

          Heat 4:     The Choreographer   Ticktockpocketwatch NZ

          Heat 5:     My Ultimate Star       Fifteen Aces

• The Hygain Star Maker for 3 Year Olds Prelude

The Competition Winners were:

BRIE from the Dean Chapple stable in race 7.

(a random draw from the local 67 phone area trainers, who have horses engaged in the race meeting, with a time restriction as to when the winning trainer can re-enter subsequent draws)
