Appointment of Chairperson

CHAIRPERSON

TAMWORTH HARNESS RACING CLUB

The Board of the Tamworth Harness Racing Club is pleased to announce the appointment of a well-known Tamworth local, Mr Jock Stier, to the position of Club Chairperson.

Jock comes on board with a wealth of business knowledge, having recently sold his Financial Planning Business which operated with a team of nine (9) staff. Jock is also involved with several committees of local community sports and service organisations.

Being involved in horses trained and raced by the local Donovan stables, Jock is already a familiar site around the race day stalls, but with this new appointment, we can expect to see a lot more of Jock around the Club’s facilities.

Jock will officially take up this role on 1st September and it is hoped that participants and Club members alike will make him welcome in his new role within the Tamworth Club.
